It got started in Haryana and from 20th January 2011 it will be implemented all over India  The process of changing your Service Provider is simple or confusing (you decide) Step1 . Send a SMS to 1900 in following format: PORT - eg. PORT 9000000007. You will get an SMS reply that contains a unique porting code. Note: 9000000007 = your mobile number. Step2 .
